REPUTATION MANAGEMENT  Proposal

[Date]

Digital Marketing Proposal For [Client]

Project Scope: To help improve [Client]‘s online reputation. This will primarily involve helping to raise both the average rating on major review sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and [others], as well as the volume of ratings on this sites.

What Our Work Will Involve
Your reputation on-line is now more important than ever. According to a recent Google Survey, 84% of people put as much weight on an online review as they did to a personal referral.

We will install a page on your website that allows users to review your business. Those that leave good reviews will be encouraged to leave the same review on a major review site.

We will provide you with marketing materials that encourage your clients to review your business. We will then monitor your reputation, and advise you if any negative comments are being created so you can respond.

If you have an email database of past customers, we can use that information to encourage past clients to leave good reviews. Any communication that we send will be run by you first for approval.
Finally, we will work with you and your team, to go over creative ways to encourage more positive reviews, growing your online reputation, and helping your rating to reflect the great work that you do.

Costs
 Initial Setup Fee: $500
 Ongoing Fee: $597/month

Work will be scheduled and will begin when the initial payment and the first month’s fee are made in full.

Reputation Letter

March 31, 2019

Hello,

My name is [name], from [company]. We are a local digital marketing company, specializing in reputation management.

Did you know that 91% of 18-34-year-olds trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations?

How about this one? – 57% of consumers won’t use a business that has fewer than 4 stars.
With that in mind, what do you think people do when they see this?

[reviews]

I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that bad reviews like these can result in lost business, especially when they aren’t each counteracted by several positive reviews.

Fortunately, our digital marketing agency works with businesses like your every day, to increase their average rating on Google, and other major review sites.

Having more positive reviews can result in better rankings in Google, being found in more places, and retaining business otherwise lost when customers see a poor rating.

Here are some other statistics to consider:

  •  Positive reviews make 68% of consumers more likely to use local businesses
  • Negative reviews stop 40% of consumers wanting to use a business

We would love to sit down with you and go over all of this. Call us today to setup a free consultation.

Thanks again!
